viora cloud
The hosted version. No server, no AI account, nothing to install.
1. Create your assistant
Go to Create your assistant and enter your business name and email. You'll get two things:
- Site id: a public name for your assistant, like
kilele-academy. It appears in your website code. - Site key: a secret that starts with
vk_. It opens your dashboard. Keep it safe: it's shown only once.
2. Fill in your profile
In the dashboard, describe your business: what you do, your services and prices, opening hours, WhatsApp number and common questions. Add your website address too, and viora will read up to 15 of its pages. Click Save and publish. Saving takes a few seconds; the very first time, allow a few minutes before new answers appear while your knowledge base is prepared.
See Business profile for tips on writing information that gets good answers.
3. Add it to your website
Copy the line from the dashboard and paste it just before </body>, or wherever your website builder lets you add custom code:
<script src="https://viora-cloud.depriver-tech.workers.dev/widget.js" data-api="https://viora-cloud.depriver-tech.workers.dev" data-site="your-site-id" async></script>
| Website builder | Where to paste |
|---|---|
| WordPress | Appearance → Theme file editor → footer.php, or a plugin like "Insert Headers and Footers" |
| Wix | Settings → Custom code → Add code, place it in Body – end |
| Shopify | Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before </body> |
| Blogger | Theme → Edit HTML, before </body> |
4. Check what visitors ask
The dashboard shows every question, the ones viora couldn't answer, and the contacts visitors left. Add missing answers to your profile and publish again.
Limits
Each plan has a daily number of questions: Free 100, Starter 1,000, Business 10,000. When the limit is reached, visitors are invited to contact you directly. The count resets every day.
